Naptown Nerdfest

The first annual Naptown Nerdfest was incredibly amazing. Held at Stage One Park in Annapolis, Maryland, everyone at this event was proud to wear the moniker of nerd. One even took the idea literally by cosplaying as the beloved Wonka treat of the same name.

Art Way Alliance was there to provide comic book and superhero creation demos. Paolo Galang showed off traditional inking to kids and adults with Jimmy Horner and our adult coloring pages were a hit. The I Love Nerd Life Podcast crew contributed awesome commentary throughout the day as well.

There was something for everyone at the Naptown Nerdfest. The Priddy Music Academy put on an amazing performance for the attendees. Kids of all ages rocked out both as a band and solo. Third Eye Comics had a table top gaming area for people to enjoy. Even the East Coast Martial Artists were there, showing off their moves and weapons in group and solo routines. Student science experiments were on display as well!
