3 Reasons to Come to Baltimore Book Festival's Comic Pavilion

Starting Friday, September 25, Art Way Alliance will be at the Baltimore Book Festival! We'll be with Geppi's Entertainment Museum at the Comic Book Pavilion, and we have three specially selected reasons why you should definitely come out. 

1. COMICS! - This is kind of a no brainer, but it's why we're here! There will be a lot of comics books and comics book talk going on in the Pavilion. And with Geppi running the area, you can bet there will be knowledgeable men and women who can recommend fantastic comics that suite your tastes. And with panels and workshops such as Girls/Women Creating Comics Too, Social Issues through Comics, and How to Publish a Comic Book/Graphic Novel, you'll get sound advice to help you create your own awesome sequential art. 2. PARADE! - On Saturday, Sept. 25 at 11am, come join in or cheer on a procession of cosplayers as they make their way from Pratt & Light Street to Geppi's Entertainment parade. Come find superheroes, storybook characters, the Bmorefit Dancewalker, and even see some special guests will be present. It's going to be so much fun, because seriously, who else gets their own parade? 

3. FACE PAINTING! - No matter your age, come show off your inner awesomeness with designs by fantastic Face painter Corey Morgan can draw superhero masks, animals, flowers, rainbows, and more!
