Come join us at the Southern Maryland Comic-con on October 18 from 10 AM - 4 PM.  Tickets are only $10.00. We'll be there with fantastic artists, many of whom are hosting family friendly workshops in the Kids Zone and live drawing demos. Here's just some of the programs that we'll be offering at the event. 

How to Draw Anime w/ Manga Studios - Liz Staley, author of Mastering Manga Studio 5, literally wrote the book on how to master the popular art software Manga Studio. Come get a demo from the pro herself at her table in artists' alley. 

Drawing Word Game - During this game, participants must depict a character or situation that incorporates three random words provided by the audience. This game helps both amateur and experienced artists think outside the box and consider new ideas and character designs. It's a fun game for everyone! 

Big Hero 6 - Robot Character Design - Come create your own Baymax character! What specifications would you give the healing robot? 

In addition, face painter Corey Morgan will be there, giving cosplayers everywhere time to get some finishing touches before the costume contest. You don't want to miss out.
